How AtPlot AI works

AtPlot AI is an on-device chat with Google Gemini. It is not a server-side inbox. Messages stay on this phone (local cache). We do not sync AI chat history across devices and we do not store the conversation in your organisation database.

Propose, then Confirm

The assistant can suggest creating a project, task, client, or calendar event. Those suggestions are not saved to CRM until you tap Confirm. Cancel leaves your data unchanged.

What is sent to Google

When AI is on, the app sends your prompt plus a short live snapshot of relevant workspace data (project names, client names, addresses, open tasks) so answers fit your site. Do not paste secrets you do not want processed by Google.

What we log

We may record usage counters (how many AI calls, token totals) for your organisation’s quota. We do not keep the full prompt/response on our servers.

If there is no API key

The assistant can fall back to offline construction calculations. It will not invent receipt totals from a photo.
