Terms of Use
These terms govern use of the AtPlot mobile app and related website billing, a B2B construction CRM.
1. The service
AtPlot lets organisations manage clients, projects, calendar, chat, photos, time, and an AI assistant. Features may depend on your organisation plan and role (admin, partner, worker).
2. Account
You must provide accurate contact details. You are responsible for activity under your login. Admins control invites and roles. Do not share credentials.
3. Organisation data
CRM records belong to the organisation, not to a personal consumer profile. If you leave an organisation, that CRM stays with the remaining members. If you are the last admin and you delete your account, the organisation and its CRM are permanently deleted.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use AtPlot to break the law, harass people, upload malware, scrape other tenants’ data, or overload the service. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform.
5. AI assistant
The assistant proposes actions. It does not write to your CRM until you confirm. Suggestions can be wrong. You remain responsible for estimates, invoices, and site decisions. CRM context may be sent to Google Gemini to generate a reply. See How AI works.
6. Plans and billing
Organisation plans may be assigned by AtPlot or purchased on the website via Stripe. The mobile app does not sell subscriptions through the App Store or Google Play. There is no in-app purchase and no restore-purchases flow. See How to use Pricing.
7. Availability
We aim for a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Mobile networks, Apple, Google, and Supabase outages are outside our control.
8. Liability
AtPlot is provided “as is” for professional use. To the extent allowed by law we are not liable for lost profit, lost CRM data after you confirm deletion, or decisions made on site from AI output. Mandatory consumer rules (if any apply) remain.
9. Termination
You may delete your account at any time in Settings. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without affecting mandatory protections you have in your country of residence.
