How to use

First steps in the app — in order.

Open the app, set up your company, then fill the first job. Same order as the start guide inside AtPlot.

1. Sign in and create the organisation Phone, email or Apple / Google. Company name becomes your workspace.
2. Add a client Name, address, contact. Jobs will hang on this client later.
3. Create the first project Object address, status, budget. Hub for tasks, materials and photos.
4. Add a task or quote line Plan the work or build the quote. Export PDF when ready.
5. Invite the crew Partners and workers get roles. On site they only see what they need.
6. Planning, chat, time, assistant Visits, project chat, clock hours. The assistant drafts — you confirm before anything saves.
